200 Hours Teacher Training Course (Integrated) RYS® 200 (28 Days)

Our 200 Hour Teacher Training Course delivers an intimate, comprehensive, theoretical and practical hands-on training program. Trainees emerge from our TTC as confident teachers with a strong and solid teaching skill set ready to begin their career. Alongside developing and perfecting the art of teaching, trainees also gain understanding of the practice of yoga asanas, philosophy, physiology, adjusting, mantra chanting, chakras, anatomy, mudras, pranayama, meditation and other traditional and contemporary yoga techniques.

Our curriculum takes you through the essential elements required to deepen and enrich your own yoga practice and to teach students with confidence. Our expert team of teachers will guide you from the fundamental stages to teaching with ease. In every batch we accept maximum 6 students, in order to ensure personalized attention.

    • Hatha Yoga
      Ashtanga vinyasa
      (mysure style) Primary series.
    • Pranayama: Nadisodhan, Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, Surya bheda, Chandra bheda ujjai, shitkari, Shitali, Bhramari.
    • Meditation : Different types of meditation.
    • Shatkarma:Jala neti, Sutra neti, Dugdha neti , Kapalabhati and Nauli
    • Yoga Nidra

4.Group yoga class : 8:00 - 9:30 A.M.
5.Lunch :10:00 A.M.
6.Self Study :11:00 - 12:00 A.M.
7.Reiki (Level 1) : 12:00 - 1:00 P.M.
8.Fruit snack : 1:00 P.M.
9.Philosophy : 3:00 - 4:00 P.M.
10.Anatomy : 4:00 - 5:00 P.M.
11.Ashtanga yoga class : 5:00 - 6:30 P.M.
12.Dinner : 6:30 - 7:00 P.M.
13.Teaching methodology : 7:00 - 8:00 P.M.
14.Self study : 8:00 - 9:00 P.M.
15.Sleeping time : 10:00 P.M.

We organize Karma Yoga session on weekend.

Note: We provide Reiki Level 1 (Initiation and study material) absolutely free along with Y.T.T.C.200 Hours Yoga Alliance course.
