It was a unique class and all the advices given by the teacher were precious. It was gentle and at the same time powerful. I also learned new things about pranayama. Totally recommended for yoginis!!

I spent a few weeks in this place, having daily lessons with Anamika, and I loved it soooo much! She adapts the lessons on yours needs, explains really well and every time you experience something new. Plus, she is eager to tell you lots of interesting facts on Hindu culture! I definitely recommend this place
